David Walker

David Walker joined HAT LAW’s team in 2022. David graduated from Maryville College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, where he graduated magna cum laude. David then received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in May 2021 from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee.

He completed various internships with the Barnett Firm and the Blount County District Attorney’s office. He also completed an externship with the Blount County Circuit Court in Maryville, Tennessee for over a year.

David previously served in the United States Army as a sergeant for over five years. While in the military, he received a multitude of honors, including Army Commendation Medals, NATO Service Medals, Afghanistan Campaign Medals, an Army Good Conduct Medal and a Combat Infantry Badge.
