Claire K. Robinett

A native of historic Natchez, Mississippi, Claire is a shareholder of the firm and practices in the Jackson office. Claire focuses her practice in the areas of litigation and insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, governmental liability, premises liability, and rent-to-own matters. Claire has civil litigation experience from intake to case resolution in matters ranging from automobile accidents and premises liability to medical malpractice and long term care defense. Having sat first and second chair in many trials, Claire is as comfortable trying cases as she is securing favorable settlements for her clients in mediation. She also has appellate advocacy experience and recently succeeded in obtaining a reversal and remand from the Mississippi Supreme Court. Claire is licensed before all State and Federal Courts of Mississippi.

Claire is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Capital Area Bar Association, Adams County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, DRI Young Lawyers Steering Committee, Jackson Young Lawyers Association, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and Mississippi Women Lawyers Association.  Claire previously served on the Executive Board of Natchez Young Professionals and was recently named a Rising Star by the SuperLawers Publication for 2022. Claire lives in Ridgeland, Mississippi, with her husband, Justin, and their three children. When she is out of the office, Claire is spending time with family and friends, enjoying LSU sports, and trying her hand renovating homes.
